Guimaras Island is known for their sweet mangoes! If you love pizza and you happen to visit Guimaras, you should definitely try this mango pizza from The Pitstop Restaurant.

The pizza is topped with cashew nuts (another known product of Guimaras), cheese and bell pepper. This mango pizza tastes like, well, pizza! The mangoes are not overpowering, the sweetness is very light including the cashew nuts. It tastes more like cheese pizza with a kick of mango! The dough is thick and soft.
