The summer capital of the Philippines is again here to celebrate its 16th Baguio Flower Festival 2011 with the theme “The Enviroment and Community in Harmony”.
I haven’t been to this festival yet and we haven’t planned on attending it this year (bummer!) Hopefully next year we’ll be able to plan it ahead and witness this amazing festival, the pride of Baguio City.
